Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using Beza. This is a starting template, not legal advice — have a lawyer review before you scale.
1. Who we are
Beza is a brand-and-content product operated by BEZALABS, a sole proprietorship based in Texas, USA (“Beza,” “we,” “us”). By checking the agreement box at sign-up, creating an account, or using Beza, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You may cancel anytime from your account page.
3. Membership & billing
Beza is a monthly subscription across tiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Your brand and content stay available while your membership is active. If you cancel or a payment fails, your membership ends at the close of the current billing period and your access — your brand, saved content, and any community — is locked, and may be deleted after an extended period of inactivity. We don't prorate or refund partial billing periods. We may change pricing with notice; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. What you make is yours
You own the brand identity and content you generate with Beza, and any logo or photos you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs solely to provide the service (for example, to generate your brand and content). You're responsible for making sure your uploads don't infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Names, logos & trademark clearance
Beza generates brand names, logos, and other elements using AI. We do not check whether any generated name, mark, or element is unique, available, or free of third-party trademark, copyright, or other rights, and we don't guarantee that it is. Before using any brand element commercially, you are responsible for your own trademark search and legal clearance. You use generated brand elements at your own risk, and we are not liable for any claim that your use of them infringes someone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Beza to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, to abuse the generation engine, or to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. AI-generated output
Beza uses AI to generate brand and content suggestions. Output can be imperfect and is provided as-is — review it before you publish. We don't guarantee any particular business result.
8. Community
Higher tiers include access to a members community. Be respectful; we may remove members who harass others or break these terms.
9. Warranty & liability
Beza is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Beza is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beza and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, the brand or content you publish, your uploads, or your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to Beza or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
