What we collect, how the AI works, and who else can see any of it. A starting template, not legal advice — have a lawyer review before you scale.

We collect your data

Using Beza means giving us information about you and your business, and we store it. Specifically:

  • Your account — email address and password, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
  • What you tell us about your business — your answers to the brand questions, which can include how you describe your customers, your positioning, and your ambitions.
  • Images you upload — your logo and any photos you add. These are stored as part of your brand record in our database, not in a public folder, and are readable only by your own account.
  • Everything the engine makes for you — your brand identity and every piece of content generated, kept so you can reopen it later.
  • Your profile — name, business, city, bio, and profile photo.
  • Activity — when you generate something, which is what your streak and progress are counted from, plus basic usage and billing metadata.

We use AI, and here is exactly how

Beza is an AI product. Your brand identity and all of your content are generated by a large language model — Claude, made by Anthropic — not written by a person.

To do that, the information you give us is sent to Anthropic: your answers to the brand questions, your brand kit, any topic you type in, and any photos the engine needs to work with. That happens every time something is generated for you, including the weekly drop that builds automatically without you asking.

Two things worth being clear about. Nobody at Beza reads your content as part of generating it — the process is automated end to end. And AI output can be wrong, generic, or occasionally repeat a phrase that resembles something else; it is a starting point for your judgement, not a substitute for it. Check anything before you publish it, especially claims about your own business.

We do not use your data to train AI models, and our AI provider does not train its models on data sent through its API.

What other members can see

Your brand, your uploads, and your generated content are private to your account. Your profile — name, business, city, bio, and profile photo — is different: it is shown to other paying members in the community directory. Anything you would not want another member to read, leave out of your profile.

Why we use it

Only to run the service: to create your brand and content, keep your portal working, process your membership, and support you. We don't sell your personal information and we don't run advertising on it.

Who processes it

We use a small set of providers to run Beza: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI described above), and Stripe (payments — your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us). Your information is shared with them only as needed to deliver the service, under their own terms. These providers process data in the United States.

Staying signed in

We store a sign-in token in your browser so you don't have to log in every visit — you can turn that off with “Keep me signed in” when you sign in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit your profile and brand anytime, delete your brand from the portal, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing us. You can request a copy of your data at any time, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

Beza is for people running a business and isn't intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top.
